We know terms and conditions, privacy policies and all things GDPR are not something we think about on a daily or even weekly basis (or ever!). But, we have to have them in place to ensure you, the consumer, know your rights and can purchase from us with confidence.

When the order has been placed and you have received your confirmation email then a contract has been established between Crafty Creations and the customer.
